This document constitutes an official public offer (the “Offer”) by NENCYMAKEUP (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) to enter into an agreement under the terms set forth below.

Acceptance of this Offer is confirmed by placing an order and/or making a payment for the Masterclass on the website
www.nencymakeup.com.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is a public contract in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

1.2. The terms of this Offer are equal and binding for all users of the website.

1.3. By using the website or purchasing the Masterclass, the User fully agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Definitions

Masterclass — an online makeup course available on the website.

Website — www.nencymakeup.com

User — any individual or legal entity using the website or purchasing the Masterclass.

Order — the process of purchasing the Masterclass through the website.

Services — provision of access to digital educational content.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Provider grants the User access to the Masterclass, and the User agrees to pay for the Services.

3.2. Access is provided in the form of digital content via restricted pages of the Silver Plan and Gold Plan.

3.3. The Masterclass is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute accredited education or professional certification.

4. Masterclass Information

Information about the Masterclass is available at:

The Masterclass materials are available on restricted pages after purchasing the corresponding plan.

5. Order Placement Procedure

5.1. The User places an order independently through the website.

5.2. To access the Masterclass, the User may:

• create an account

• or log in using a Google account

5.3. The order is considered confirmed after successful payment.

Silver Plan

• 4 makeup masterclasses

• Certificate of Completion

Gold Plan

• everything included in the Silver Plan

• 2 additional video lessons

• 2 additional materials
   

7. Pricing and Payment Terms

7.1. Current prices are listed on the page:
www.nencymakeup.com/masterclass

7.2. Payments are made using the payment methods available on the website, including:

• bank cards (Visa, Mastercard)

• other online payment services (if available)

7.3. In case of price changes, the price valid at the time of payment shall apply.
 

8. Access Period

Access to the Masterclass is granted for 12 months from the date of payment.
 

9. Refund Policy

9.1. The Masterclass is a digital product, and access is provided immediately after payment.

9.2. As a general rule, payments are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

• technical inability to access the Masterclass

• accidental or duplicate payment

9.3. In case of accidental or duplicate payment, the User must contact support and provide supporting documents, including:

• payment receipts

• transaction confirmations or other proof of payment

9.4. To request a refund, the User must contact:

9.5. If the refund request is approved:

• the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase

• the refund period is up to 10 banking days or 14 calendar days
   

10. Rights and Obligations

The User agrees to:

• not share access with third parties

• not copy, distribute, or reproduce the content

The Provider has the right to:

• modify or update the content

• restrict access in case of violation of these terms
   

11. Intellectual Property

All Masterclass materials are the intellectual property of NENCYMAKEUP and are protected by applicable law.
 

12. Liability

12.1. The Services are provided on an “as is” basis.

12.2. The Provider does not guarantee specific results from completing the Masterclass.
 

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.

13.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
 

14. Force Majeure

The parties shall not be liable for partial or complete failure to fulfill their obligations due to force majeure circumstances, including:

• technical failures

• interruptions in internet or server operation

• actions of governmental authorities

• other circumstances beyond the control of the parties
   

15. Privacy and Personal Data

15.1. The Provider processes personal data solely for the purpose of providing Services.

15.2. Detailed terms are described in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
